    Purchased a pair of shoes. I was told they would take 3-7 days. I called after a week just to find out they were cancelled that same day I purchased them. "sold out" no call no email. No text no phone call, nothing. This is a birthday present, so disappointed by what could have been solved so easily.

    I then asked if I could cancel the return and go to another Footlocker location to do the return. She said the return had already been processed and there was nothing more she could do.

    Went here and get some Jordan's for my daughter, they had the shoes advertised for 49.99 but the sale had ended, when I asked about it. Crag who is the store manager honoured that price and sold me the shoes. Had a great experience because of crag thanks again.

    Well I called Foot Locker yesterday since its been a week since I started the return and they said they have to wait until it gets to the warehouse in Wisconsin.

    I told her there must of been a miss understanding because I spoke with Foot Locker customer service the day before and that is not what they told me.

    I also called the Waterloo Foot Locker location and they said they would of put the return on my credit in store the day I returned the product.

    My experience with this location was terrible. I returned a pair of shoes expecting a refund only to have the guy take my shoes, throw them on the back shelf then go and talk to his co-workers for 10 minutes, come back & say oh yeah, go to the back and print out a page and tell me ill get a refund on my card in 3-7 days. So I left with my refund number to only wait 2 weeks & I didn't hear anything. So I finally call and ask whats happening & i give them the number to find out the man gave me the wrong number. So I had to go on some huge run around to call the individual store and get them to find the real refund number, then call the main company again who told me I would get an email conformation in 1-2 days about my refund. 2 days later I finally got an email saying to wait another 1-2 days for them to process my refund, by this point they have already had my shoes for a week & hadn't started the refund process until the day I called & complained. Then another week goes by & I still haven't gotten my refund by which they reply to wait an additional 5-7 days & if I don't see it to call again & find out what's happening. Online on their store policy it says that they can refund you in store, there was no reason for this huge run around & waiting 3 weeks for my refund but the guy in store was to lazy to do his job & wanted to get back to chatting with his co-workers. So Thank you Foot Locker Fairview mall location, you have very rude & lazy staff & I'm not the only person who thinks so by your 2 Star ratings.

    I went here bought some Tim's for sale because they had a special going on in the morning but the boots were tight so I had returned later in the evening and asked for a half size up then the straight up dump of a girl says they won't honor the special discount I got in the morning. This is retarded, I work in customer service and this is a joke. Buy your shoes somewhere else I recommend online if you follow the right pages you can get crazy deals. This place isn't worth your time.

    I don't recommend that you shop at the Fairview location Foot Locker especially but overall the whole return process with this company is horrible. So just avoid it all together.

    They said that now since the return had already been processed I had to wait until it was returned to the warehouse to get my return.

    Unfortunately I had a horrible experience returning a product to the Fairview Mall location. I called the Foot Locker customer service 1-800 number the day prior and they advised me to bring my e-receipt, packing slip and the product back to the nearest store and the store would return the amount back on to the credit card that the product was purchased from. When I got to the Fairview Mall Footlocker the girl working behind the desk took my product to the back of the store where the manager prepared my return.
