  Fair customer service... until I asked for a refund. Walked in and had to get a pair of shoes ordered as they were on sale and out of stock in my size, which is 100% understandable, it was established if I need to return them I was able to do it in store. Shoes got delivered at my house, I tried them on, didn’t fit the way I wanted the shoe to (correct size, hugged my foot wrong). I returned to the store to return the shoes, all was going well until I asked for a refund, then the sales associate gave me a stink. She stopped smiling and didn’t want anything to do wth me. She gave me a refund but made me feel very uneasy, and unwelcomed. After the refund was completed, she said nothing at all, I was the one who said “thanks, have a good day”. Now you may think I was being rude, I wasn’t. I was polite, and straight forward with what I wanted. Not returning to this location.

  Nice store, Bad customer service. Associates are rude. Manager is worse.

  Terrible customer service from associates and surprisingly the manager. I expressed my concerns about bad customer service I received to the manager and all she did was defend her associates. My girlfriend wanted to purchase some shoes which looked like it had been worn and returned, it had black marks at the bottom, we asked an associate for another pair of the same size and instead of checking for another pair she immediately lied and said there was no other pair without even checking if there was. We then asked the lady who helped us initially and she came to us with another pair. I expressed my concern to the manager and she was very rude about it and because of this We returned the shoe.
