  If I could give Doug 50 starts, I would! In a time when every home is selling WELL OVER asking price, Doug was able to score us the perfect house for us UNDER ASKING! Yes, you read that correctly. His professionalism, quick responses, expertise, and experience were exactly what we needed and received in purchasing our not-so-little family's first home! We cannot thank him enough and look forward to referring him to everyone know know. Our kids our so excited to have their own rooms, space to roam and of course, two sets of stairs.

  We were lucky to learn about Lisa and Doug only through web. When we first met Lisa we found her very different to the agents we had dealt with or met before. She was very calm, knowldegable and a good listener. She was also very quick in response and very thorough in her reasoning.

  Through out the whole process Lisa was so amazingly patient, knowledgeable and right on point. She would always point out the negative as well as the positive features of a property. There were couple of times that we would look at the cosmetics and fall in love with the house but Lisa would mention why she thought the property wasn't a good investment or that the neighborhood wasn't the right one for us. These honest comments helped us greatly in finding the right house.
