  Friendly, knowledgeable people willing to answer questions and help you find what you are looking for. Variety of products made it easy to find something for a special dog, powder to stop bleeding if I cut the quick by accident when trimming kitty's nails and a wide range of food. We will be back.

  We live an hour away and save shopping trips beyond food (and sometimes food when we can) to come here. This store has a great selection of products, good prices, and great staff. We love the Ren’s Kitchener store!

  Loved the staff here. They all knew my pup by name (except the guy who I assume is the manager, he seems a tad anti social). The ladies here are absolutely lovely, incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable about their products.

  Awesome selection and things I wouldn't normally find elsewhere. Prices pretty good, quality amazing. Will have to stop in regularly when I visit Kitchener.
