  Terrible movers..this is not a professional company, it is some guy who rents a uhaul and gets a few young, inexperienced guys to help him. They were not able to manuvar large items and as a result your furniture gets damaged. I messaged and sent pics of damage done but no response. Also they like to add fees..$109 for travel alone..I moved 1 minute away. Its their way of getting you to pay for the uhaul. They told me they moved hot tub as well for an added cost which was fine by me, although when they arrived a four person tub was far too large for them..lol.. If they had such limitations you would think they would have asked the size of the tub..but instead i was stranded with no hot tub movers on moving day.. They also will not remove front doors or fridge doors if needed so be aware. Pay the extra $100 and get real movers. I found them on groupon and the deal turned out to be not much of a deal.

  They were ill prepared for the first small move on April 26, they didn't wrap or cover anything. I called with concerns as they were doing a bigger move on Mon May 1 and I was assured everything would be ok. Mon came and I was called to postpone due to the severe weather which I was ok with. However it took a few phone called to get a confirmed rescheduled date. At 7:18pm on Tues May 2 I received an email stating 5:30pm Wed May 3. At 5pm May 3 I received a text saying the truck was delayed and would be 2 hours late. I received Martin's word that the truck would arrive to do my move. I told him I had to be out of the house as it was sold. Well after 7pm my sister in law called and was told they were on their way. I was at my daughter's choir performance, something her father had to miss as he was waiting for movers to arrive. Much to my dismay I found out that they didn't show, no text, no email and no phone with an explanation. I ended up hiring another company as I couldn't risk that they wouldn't show again. I asked for a full refund as well as compensation for extra expenses incurred and was told I would only get the money I paid for the Groupon and it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my cheque. WOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

  The guys were incredible! They came to move all my big stuff out of my place that had a million stairs. They were quick and there was no damage to anything. I highly recommend them and would use them again! Thanks guys! :)

  I had a representative from the company come in and tour my house to get a quote. It was a difficult move because my house had 3 sets of stairs and a walkway to the parking lot, which I understood and was why I sought out quotes and had companies visit. I chose this company and they sent 2 guys for a 3 bedroom house. They estimated 3 hours to move out of the house and it took 5; partially because one of the movers knee hurt from the stairs and so it was as though I only had 1 mover. We get to the new house and the company brought a third person in; however he estimated it would take 1 hour to move everything into the house with 2 people as it was a typical single detached house with a driveway/direct access, and even with the 3 guys it took over 2 hours. All in all, It cost me over double the amount of what they quoted and 3 hours longer. When they moved our stuff into the new house they didn't pile it nicely in each room. Instead we can't walk through the rooms because there's boxes and furniture scattered all over. All in all I was disappointed. I would not recommend.
