  This theater is very comfortable, that's for sure. The screen is pretty good, and the sound is great. So for the movie experience, that's about all you can ask.

  My wife and I went Valentine's day night to the VIP theatre to eat and see a movie. We came an hour early thinking we'd at least have some time to have a drink and order food.

  I'm not sure I'll bother going there early anymore to have a meal but rather go to some other venue to eat first.

  The seats are leather recliners and you pre select your seat so you don’t have to go early (but you will want to just to order and enjoy good food/drink!).

  We waited for 45 minutes without anyone even acknowledging our presence in the lounge. Most of the other tables around us had a similar experience with most just up and leaving.

  The only con I have to say is that the seats are almost too comfy and you might drift off to sleep after eating a delicious meal!

  The ambient sound. Having people spaced out a bit certainly helps having to hear a bunch of people talking about the movie, but the dishes and cutlery create new issues. Last visit, I had a guy beside me with absolutely zero eating manners. Cutlery clanking, and lips smacking every 5 seconds until he finished his meal, and then he moved on to popcorn. The guy belonged in a zoo (but I suppose that isn't the theater's fault).

  Went to the VIP theatre this past Saturday evening. (3 in my party) We were attending a 7pm showing so decided to go to the lounge at 5:30 to have dinner. Sadly this was a very disappointing experience. After sitting at a table for over 15 minutes without even so much as a server dropping by to say hello I went and grabbed one. Delivery of our drinks was slow to say the least. We ordered food which I was about to cancel because it was taking so long to arrive when it finally came out. The best I can say about the food is that it wasn't cold, but warm. The server apologized for the delays claiming that 2 people called in sick. I found that interesting since the last time I was there it seems some staff called in sick. However I really don't care why my service was terrible. The management needs to get off their butts when staff don't show up and if need be grab an apron and a tray and get busy!!

  Overall, it's still the best theater in my area, but I think that has more to do with how crappy theaters are these days.

  The restaurant in the VIP is reasonably priced and I’ve enjoyed all of the food I have had there. I like that they will deliver food to your seat and you feel catered to.

  Eventually, 15 minutes before our movie start time, we flagged down a manager to get our money refunded before we left.. He did end up giving us one VIP movie pass and two free entrees to use another time. I doubt we will be back though as it seems to be a common occurrence here.

  Highly recommend. My boyfriend and I only do date night one way now and that is VIP. The experience is amazing and it's worth the extra little bit. You get to do dinner and a movie and VIP makes it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Make sure you arrive half an hour early so that you can order your food. You get to pick your seats when you buy your tickets so you never have to worry about what seats you'll get. Use the Cineplex app- it's easy and you won't have to wait in lines to purchase tickets. The reclining seats are amazing and you get plenty of leg room/ personal space. The food isn't amazing but it is pretty good considering they make it and serve it to you within a really short time frame. You can also order drinks. Since our discovery of VIP I now make my girlfriends do VIP as well and they have all really enjoyed it. Next movie you go to see a movie, see it in VIP, you won't be disappointed.

  This theatre is awesome. My wife and I love going to the VIP, and we won’t see a movie any other way now. We are able to use Scene points to pay for our tickets, and our food in the VIP section. AND they are licensed to sell alcohol in the VIP section.

  The service. When you're in the theater, there are a ton of people inside waiting to take an order. That's great and all, but if you want to eat in the lounge, expect it to take a while. The service is pathetically slow.
