  Dreadful shopping experience. There's absolutely no point for this retail location to exist, as they refuse to order anything for you if the store doesn't have the size you require in stock - they'll tell you to order it online and refuse to order it to the store for you. Why did I come to the physical store only to be told I have to shop online? Why can't the store order the size I need?

  I recently bought a pair of "Attract Light Round Pierced Earring Jackets" and I can say I will not be shopping at Swarovski any time soon. I have had these earrings for less than 2 months and all the small crystals have fallen out. All I can really say is that I am thoroughly disappointed!

  I went in to return something I bought for Christmas and the lady said they didn't have enough cash to return it and suggested I take store credit instead. The item I purchased was less than $150 and it was about mid-day that I went in to return it. How can a store that averages $150/piece NOT have that type of cash? I understand people use credit cards, but still. SCAM if you ask me.

  Poor service, staff struggled to work POS, had to come back an hour later when manager returned to get the POS working. Scare tactics used to hand over personal info.

  Sadly doesn't even deserve a 1-star review. This store will only sell what they have right in front of them, and they are extremely pushy about ordering online. Why have a store if you wont sell whats inside? The staff will not order anything in for you and trying to get basic questions answered is like pulling teeth..
