  What a wonderful experience! The costumer service I received was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Not only was the service great but the store looked beautiful! I will definitely be back again soon :)

  I drove 1 hour to this store for this buy more save more events today. The staff was friendly, but the manager was really rude. I was a little upside because they wouldn't offer the same promote like other store did, the staff showed her understand, but all of sudden, the manage came to me and said, if you are not happy shopping here, you can go somewhere else. The staff stopped her since I had already showed my credit card and ready to pay. I told them that I wanted the gift receipts before cashing out, but the manager messed up. So she voided my transaction and scanned everything again (totally wasted of time). After printing out the gift receipt, she forgot to give my the valid (new)receipt, when I asked for it, she was really impatient and it was her fault after all. During the entire time I was there, she kept mentioning about pandora is franchise so every store run differently. I hope the owner of this store is very very rich, since having a manager like her, having this store is just for fun.

  I always have a wonderful time shopping at this store. All the staff are so accommodating and friendly and they always have what I'm looking for. I would reccomend this store to anybody. Thank you!

  I do not usually write reviews however I feel at this time I want to call out all the girls in the store this evening. The lady with the lap top was yelling, swearing, and making a huge scene because the store had sold out of what she wanted, she was waving around receipts and losing her cool in a large way. The girls who worked at the store kept their cool, we all continued to get great service and the women with the lap top kept making a scene. I asked my sales lady what the issue was and she said the customer was upset about the sold out pieces and expected this store should have them...... Ok, yes I am a huge shopper and love Pandora, but really making such a scene when you come shop a promotion on the 5th day!! This is Pandora, everyone wants Pandora, of course they will run out. Bravo ladies for keeping your cool, keeping it professional, not flinching or giving in. You are now my only go to Pandora store forever

  Did not find the clerk very helpful. Was excited to ad a new piece and when ask about pieces her comments were " whatever your preference Is ". Felt I was taking up her time.

  I stopped into Pandora Fairview Park Mall on the weekend super excited about adding a few pieces to my collection. I am working on my 3rd bracelet!! I heard there was a promotion and was ready to take full advantage of this!!! As I was being served by a young women ( I didn't get her name) I noticed a customer on the other side of the counter being served also, this customer had her lap top on the counter and several cell phones laid out also. I am unsure what she was doing however she was freaking out at the associate.
