  I'm aware that bench presses can hurt an individual but only if they are using the equipment wrong and they should be responsible on how they use it like any other equiments.

  I am new in town and my mom told me about this gym that was 4 minutes away and is 10$/month. So I went there early this morning and got got a tour of their equipment and it is all new, however it was not I was use to at my previous gym (e.g there is no squatting, benching, or deadlifting equipment because of their mission statement). I respect this, however, after asking for a 1 day trial just to try the gym out, I was informed that it would be 20$ for a 1 day trial? I don't know who I charge of decisions like this but that is an absolute joke and this experience was a huge waste of my time,

  I'm stuck here and making the best of it. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a complete work out. If you just want to lose weight they have enough treadmills here for you.

  My only complaint so far is the staff doesn't seem that interested in what's going on around them, I know when I signed up for my membership it said I would get a warm welcome and a tour... that definitely didn't happen, they just awkwardly took my picture and sent me on my way. Also was told I would get a free t-shirt when I signed up and haven't received that yet either.

  Very disappointed. Ive quit World Gym just to sign up here thinking that this would be a complete gym and I was wrong. They have more treadmills and cycling that is about the lenght of the building and missing a few work out equipment. They don't have dumbbells that goes over 75 Pounds, ONE work out machine per muscle but they have more than one machine available. The main equipment that they do NOT have that every gym should have is a bench press with a bar. However they do offer an "assisted/guided" bench machine.

  Very glad to have a gym so close to my house! I went for the first time to workout today. The place is nice, lots of new machines and not super busy which is nice! I can't wait to come back and try all of the Black Card Member services.

  Low key environment with plenty of up to date equipment. Accessible and convenient pricing structure.
