    Really great location and product offering. People are also really nice. The Smile Tiger cafe upstairs is also incredibly cool.

    I work above J&P and LOVE going down here for snacks or a beverage pick me up. Falafel wraps are dangerously good. They are also on top of the snack game for vegans which I am thankful for.

    Finally, a decent place for groceries downtown. Good selection of trendy and ordinary comestibles. Fresh veggie dept. is a little thin this time of year (early summer) probably because they don't have a deal with a big distributor. Bring your lunch and ear it on the patio or upstairs at the café.

    I just moved back to Kitchener and I've been looking for a decent grocery store to buy healthy foods and meats. Randomly I walked by and saw this little gem in downtown Kitchener. Thank you J & P's this is an awesome location.

    Beautifully curated is the phrase that comes to my mind when I popped in for the first time to get a few Christmas presents. This store is gorgeous. Prices are what you'd expect for the look - definitely caters to those interested in local, free range, gluten-free, etc.
