    I found the staff good here. I have done some shopping recently. They do have a good electronics section for sure. Some of the high end speakers I've seen for sale here over the years are competitive for Canadian pricing and high quality. I would recommend taking a look in this store. Some of the furniture is made in many different countries. Best for buyer to beware when purchasing items like any store in Canada. Really test out the store models for quality. The mattress area has an extensive selection and is worth shopping at if your looking around for your best price. This is one of the places to go.

    The sales rep Dylan(sp?) was great and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to talk and think things over without pressuring our decision. When told the delivery time would be 12-14 weeks I asked what would be done if it was not delivered on time.

    Horrible experience; don't waste your time with this store. The store delivered a piece of furniture that was clearly damaged. They were slow to arrange a second piece; supposedly marked it for "inspection" prior to delivery. The second piece arrived damaged.

    Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Richard as our sales rep. He didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't want and wasn't overly pushy. Richard gave us plenty of time to talk things over to decide what we wanted to buy. Richard was very knowledgeable and made our furniture buying experience a good one. Delivery was prompt and professional, no issues getting our items at all.

    he happily said he would let us discuss this with his manager as it is not under his control. When I asked the manager if we would be compensated if the delivery was not met in time, his response was "well then I will just say delivery will be 16-18 week"

    Needless to say we walked out. I feel bad for the sale rep as we were ready to buy but this response from a manager is just unacceptable.

    Very rude customer service this time. When we had a question about why a lift top coffee table’s top keeps falling back with force, he said that’s how it goes down. When I asked him worriedly was it not a safety hazard he rudely and arrogantly replied” if you think that then don’t buy it and walked away” we have bought other items there and never had a bad experience. But after this I am never going back there. They need to understand that one bad rep is enough to ruin their reputation. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn’t have even given one star but I had to in order to be able to write this review. If anything I would give negative points. Very very bad customer service.
