  Today my husband and I purchased a new sectional sofa from La-Z-Boy in Kitchener. Feeling initially defeated, having just been to five other furniture stores and not finding anything even close to what we were looking for, we were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable salesperson who was helpful without being pushy, and he helped us to find EXACTLY what we were looking for. Shame on us for it taking so long to realize and appreciate La-Z-Boy's commitment to quality and service. This was our first La-Z-Boy purchase, but it won't be the last.

  Excellent products and variety of styles. Prices seemed competitive. Really appreciated the help from Arthur and Hart during our four visits to settle on the piece we chose. And it was in stock so delivery is within a week (your mileage may vary). Would recommend to friends.

  Thanks for the great service. When I arrived the sales man (Hart) introduces himself and gave me time to walk the floor on my own. I found a few recliners that I was interested in and he helped me choose the right one for me. He demoed the operations, showed me the construction, and made the purchase process enjoyable. Thanks for the great service, and I look forward to receiving my recliner. When I need to replace the rest of my living room furniture, I will return to the store with confidence that I will once again receive great service. Thanks La-Z-Boy Kitchener!

  Robert was great. No pressure and answered all our questions. He even emailed us a quote when we had to suddenly leave on our first visit. Highly recommend!
