  If you like IKEA products this is a convenient place to place orders or receive orders for pick-up. Smalk popular items are also sold here such as their famous meatballs. The store also carries samples of items in current catalogue and in the main stores. Great to browse new sample items.

  I was surprised with the size of this place. Pick-up and order point is not an accurate description. They have a showroom with examples, commonly purchased small items are stocked for immediate purchase and they have a kitchen design service offered. Washrooms are also very nice and there are lovely informative murals along the hall the the washrooms. Staff were good.

  But we are COMPLETELY dissatisfied when we came in and paid 150$ for kitchen plan and my partner basically did it all himself. Whomever had helped him did not listen to what he wanted, the appliances and the layout of what we wanted. He basically did his own thing. Plus after we started installing it and having some cabinets not fit properly we had to drive to Burlington and get the right cabinets to fit and THEN find out that we are missing a few things that are necessary and that he should have caught.

  Excellent location. Well spaced out. Great parking. Awesome set up inside to give you a great overview much like what you would find at ikea in Burlington on a smaller scale. It would be awesome if there were more items you could walk in and buy. There is one issue that seems odd - you cannot contact these pick up locations at all. You must go in person. That’s weird for any business. Especially if you had an order shipped there and had a question. Or to see if one of the stocked items there is in stock. Definitely a gap that ikea should look to correct.

  This is a real nice Ikea store. Had to pick up a bamboo shelf. But there are some products you can buy here. I really like the layout. Even though its small to a full size Ikea, it has the feel. Staff is friendly and helpful.

  We will be calling as we were told by Burlington if we were unsatisfied.
