  I used to LOVE this store with all of the great trendy product they sell....until my latest experience. I purchased 6 sets of curtains only to find when I brought them home that they were an inch shorter than the length they were labelled as! I thought it was a manufacturer's mistake and contacted customer service. Initially they were very regretful and offered to send me replacement panels, until their "quality" inspection team realized it was a serious problem. Customer service then emailed me to say that it was my problem as "length may vary." How ridiculous! What is the point of labelling the product with these standard lengths if they may vary? Very disappointing experience. The quality has declined greatly as has the integrity of the Bouclair name.
