  THIS STORE IS A DUMP! From the time I pulled up to the parking lot I could tell this was not going to be a good experience. Even the outside of the store and the sign look old and worn down. The first two staff members I encountered acted like they couldn't be bothered to answer me when I asked where the carts were (they kept talking to each other while I stood beside them for a good minute waiting for them to acknowledge me). The store itself is filthy inside, too. Other shoppers I encountered seemed to be the stereotypical "WALMARTS" shoppers..... PJ'S.... Most of them looked like bums. Everyone I encountered was rude. Just an all around trashy store and bad experience! To top off my terrible visit, when I came out to my car I noticed that someone parked so close to the drivers side of my vehicle (and banged their door against mine, leaving a mark) -- that I had to crawl in the passenger side door and climb over to the drivers seat because I could not even get into my drivers door. This Walmart is the worst!

  I'm done with this place. Terrible experience after terrible experience. I know this is a walmart, but come on, put in some effort, the store looks awful. Eric the electronics guy isn't even here anymore. The customer experience is going down-hill.

  Eric in electronics is beyond helpful, he even knows a lot about automotive stuff, most of the staff are friendly, I am not sure what to think of the self check out as it seems to be a way to eliminate a mundane job for high school students.

  This is not a super centre. I'm new to Kitchener. Place is very beat up and needs a reno asap. It could also be a lot cleaner. Will not come here again.

  They should shut the store and renevat it in to a super store for a lot of people don't have to go to Cambridge or Sunrise Center Now that Sears is gone they should move there. A lot more space they can turn it into a superstore.
