  Our family van unexpectedly broke down just down the street. We are from out of town. They were able to diagnose the problem and get the needed part all within a couple of hours. We were then able to continue to our destination. Sean and his team were great! Thanks again!!

  Staying late knowing I was on my way in bad weather, explaining various options available to me to fix issues (and NEVER feeling pressured to make a quick decision), once they temporarily tied my bumper, knowing I couldn't pay for a brand new one!!!!

  I won't be back. Meineke nearly doubled their original estimate just because it took them more time than they thought it would. The work was not done properly so I had more problems with it and when I returned to get it repaired again they left damage on my car. I called many times asking to speak to the manager but could not even get a return phone call. I have since warned many people about my bad experience so it has cost meineke far more than they overcharged me. Meineke is just a bad business.

  Many are quick to complain when they receive poor service or treatment, but find it very difficult to recognize and give praise when great customer service is acquired.

  Great job to Bob and his staff who put "compassion and care" any time I have auto needs. They make my day better, when car problems were a real downer, temporarily, sharing laughs and making me temporarily forget that I looked like "Sanford and Son" pulling into Meineke on Victoria Street!

  Made appointment online for oil change. Change was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. Will use again.
