  Pleasant experience so far! First of all I was surprised that they were open on a Sunday. Met with sales consultant Tom who was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. We test drove a few cars and mulled things over and Tom was patient. They let me take the car to my own mechanic and Tom came in on his day off to attend. We found an issue with the car and it was dealt with immediately on return to the dealership. Also met with Kevin who is the business manager. I hate this process that all dealerships do to up sell you. I always explain to the salesman and the business managers that I do not want rust proofing etc. A lot of business managers get testy at this point but Kevin was not one of them. He did ask me to allow him to go through the options but did not argue with me when I declined everything. We had a good chat along the way. I have bought over 25 vehicles in my lifetime so it is not my first rodeo. Too many times I have found that car sales people carry on like they are financial wizards and car gurus and that the customer knows nothing. Did not get that feeling at Wright’s so far.

  salesperson, Tyrone , was very patient and made sure that all of our questions were answered. We had been looking for a car for months and noticed that their prices were always better than anyone else's for a similar car. We finally found the car that we wanted at Wright Auto Sales at a fair price and couldn't be happier. I will not hesitate to recommend Wright Auto Sales and my salesperson Tyrone, to friends and family. It was a very easy purchase experience.

  My experience at 20 Ottawa St Wright auto sales was amazing. I wasn't planning on buying a new car although ours was stolen resulting in me being very stressed out, I just started a new job less than 4 weeks ago leaving me with financing difficulties. Kevin and Santiago were amazing they went out and beyond my expectations and had everything figured out within days. Thank you all at Wright auto sales for your kindness and generosity.   Also, they have a no price haggle policy. If you do your research on Autotrader you will see that the pricing is good. Maybe there is some hidden issues with the car but when it is a used car you always take your chances.

They also have the best no hassle prices . They also have one of the best if not the best warranties for your new purchase. Would deal with them again no questions asked.
