  one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve been to. took them 12 minutes to make me a hot chocolate and they were extremely rude. they’re are regularly slow. i’m always waiting 10-15 min for my food when the restaurant is empty.

  Standard McDonald's. Went at lunch time. Food came out fast and was hot. Manager greeting people at the door. Making sure orders were correct and fast. Fairly clean restaurant. Table could have used a wipe but it was a peak time so no points taken away there. Ordered 2 big Mac meals for 2 people. Still felt sick after but that's what you get eating a big Mac. Delicious..... would do it again.

  They appear to have a good team! It's unfortunate that all they may need is some leadership to make this a 5 star coffee / breakfast stop, but it continues to eludes this franchise location. Are there no audits, mystery shoppers or QA?

  The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because of the friendly staff and consistent product.

  I waited over 20 minutes for ice cream and there was only one person in front of me. When I said something about how long it took the employee did not care and made a comment about me as I was walking away. When I asked him if he felt he had something to say to my face he was extremely rude, I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I will be contacting the owner, as all of this happened in front of my two small children. I have never had such horrible customer service. There were at least 6 employees working and none of them seem to care about doing there job. Three separate employees started to make our ice cream and walked away not finishing it. Head office needs to visit this place and make some major changes.

  This location is HORRIBLE when it comes to efficiently dealing with morning customers. Management needs to come in and do a thorough review of the situation and give some direction to the staff so they can effectively do their job and properly service customers.

  Moved to the area a year ago. Nothing else open late at night but this terrible McDonalds. May be consistently the worst fast food service I've ever come across. It's just unbelievable, it's constantly different employees yet the drive-thru speed is an absolute joke. Unable to deliver the simplest things such as hot fries for example. After a pathetic 10 minute wait when no one else is in line. Time after time. When you see regulars who know turning off their car while in the drive-thru... must be some proud workers, lol.
