  I frueqent this location quite often as I enjoy the coffee and really like the atmosphere. I usually don't have a any complaints; however, on at least 3 separate occasions I've gone here during their posted hours to find that the store was already closed. On one of the occasions it was 2 hours earlier than the hours posted. I've also been in the store and told I had to leave because they were closing early. Also, if I'm just stopping in to grab a coffee and there are more than 2 people already in line I usually leave and go somewhere else because the service takes forever as soon as anyone orders something other than a coffee. It's not a reflection of the service itself, which is always great, but there are only ever 2 or 3 people working at a time so it doesn't take much to get bottle necked.

  I was really surprised that they had nothing to offer that was gluten free aside from a rice crispy treat, for such a well known franchise you would think they would get with it!

  Poor customer service. Was asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted - I said yes but not to it being grilled which they did - thanks for asking!!!. They show that they offer 4 types of coffee but unless YOU ask you'll get whatever they decide to give you. Coffees were lukewarm as was my daughter's hot chocolate(actually almost cool). Everything was filled right to the brim which was already overflowing and making a wet mess before we even got to them. Double cream here is like triple cream elsewhere so ask for one and a half if you want double unless you want lukewarm and tasting like watery coffee. Product is good but staff needs a lot more training

  I was there in the middle of the day through the week and the cafe was full with limited available seating, but service was responsive and friendly.

  This is a roomier location than most downtown Coffee Culture cafes, but typical for those outside city centre. It has booths, tables and easier chairs (which are lined up against one wall). The location has a large covered patio in the summer between two shopping area streets.

  This location has lots of big windows making it airier (and therefore a little less cozy) than some other Coffee Culture cafes -- great for those seeking some winter sunshine.
