  This is pretty much the only vegetarian/vegan restaurant I feel confident bringing my meat-eating friends and family to. Very tasty! Great for a light lunch.

  A perfect spot for lunch or light supper. We've tried most of their sandwiches and burgers and haven't been dissapointed yet. There's always a nice variety of desserts, some gluten free and some vegan, but get there early cause they go fast. They have a quick and easy counter service ordering system with great friendly staff and food is then delivered to your table.

  I visited this spot for the first time today. I ordered a vanilla steamer ($4.25 for a large), and it was room temperature.

  Excellent food, friendly and fast service, very comfortable and clean, good ambiance. Would recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a meal, a coffee or a quick snack in downtown Kitchener. Centrally located across from the main transit hub and close to several parking lots. It's almost incidental that it's a vegan cafe, but as a vegan myself it's such a huge bonus to be able to eat somewhere with so many options. Will definitely return!
