  From the moment I stepped into Ziggy's Cycle for the first time, I was welcomed by multiple staff member's and offered assistance right away. The initial tech was very diligent in analyzing the problems with my bikes, and offered multiple solutions. Even though it seemed extremely busy during the drop off, my bikes were ready the next morning. Upon return, I was welcomed by Margaret and Marta who were very helpful in ensuring my 100% satisfaction. Fantastic representation of a local Kitchener business. If Ziggy's is ever sold to a condo developer, let's hope the new building will incorporate the original retail space in the new build! Well Done!

  I brought my bike here to get serviced, and they did it quick, I was not in the city until Saturday when I was able to pick it up a few days later.
