  There are only rush hour GO train services at Kitchener railway station. The eastbound GO train services to Guelph, Brampton & Toronto start at 5:25 a.m. and end at 7:10 a.m. The last GO train departs at 7:10 in early morning and there will be no GO train service after that. People who go to Brampton or Toronto may choose to take GO bus route 30 instead of GO train after 7:10 a.m. The GO bus is more comfortable and faster than the GO train.

  Improved facility - however the women's washroom needs hooks inside the cubicles so that purses can be put there instead of placing in floor !

  The train station is ok however getting the parking tickets is a constant struggle. Please end your contract with Indigo parking and reinstall the old coin system the indigo vending machine never works or is being reliable

  The window is only open for a limited time of 5:30am to 9:30am to pick up tickets. It's the same women that works there, and everytime I go, which is at least once a month, she tries to tell me some "new rule." Today when I arrived at 5:50 the window had a sign up that said "open at 6:30." Who knows how long that was sitting there. Then I was told via rail tickets aren't allowed to be picked up until after the GO train. ITS THE TRAIN STATION NOT JUST THE GO TRAIN STATION. Thats besides the fact that a)I was the only one in the place b) as stated above I go at least once a month at the same time,...this was the first I heard that. c) the station ticket window already has limited hours.
