  This Sallys location has a pretty good selection of products for the size of the store. I know my stuff and know exactly what i need before i enter the store. Being a Beauty supply store you would think the staff would have at least some basic knowledge of the products and how to use them. Last time i was in the staff were more concerned about talking up the stuff they were going to buy with their staff discount than helping an older lady find the products she needed. I ended up helping the lady find what she needed as well as a few extra items that would help her. The staff merely stood there and kept talking among themselves. EVEN AT CHECKOUT the staff continued to talk to each other rather than myself and the lady behind me.. Honestly, i probably wont be back, there are better Sally's Locations.

  I've shopped here a few times and it's been great. But today (feb. 3/18) around 430pm the 2 women working were unbelievably unprofessional. They didn't acknowledge me when I walked in, didn't ask any costumers if they needed help. To add to it, they loudly bashed a woman who wasn't in the store. Even talking about her "tramp stamp". This went on the whole time I was in the store about 15 min. When I walked up to cash out they didn't even look at me or acknowledge me. They continued to talk badly about this woman, I just stood there hands full. When they finally acknowledged me to cash me out they were cold and acted as if I was inconveniencing them.

  With her advice I bought 3 boxes of colour and ended up having to dump over half my mix! She said oh yeah definitely three. Colour turned out ok.

  LOVE the staff at this location. They are always so nice and give me the best advice about there products. I came in the other day not knowing much about which hair products I should be using but Steph was so knowledgeable and got me the exact products that I needed. Overall, the BEST customer service I’ve had at a Sally’s location in a long time! Steph and Sandy (I think that’s what her name was) were so nice at checkout!
