  Consistently poor service. 3 separate occasions we have visited this venue since it opened. Food was ok for the most part. My son's burger was burnt. Incorrect beverage brought to table. Waitress had no knowledge of what was on the kids menu. Final straw; food came, and we had no cutlery. I had to get yo and get my own, and the waitress had disappeared. I shall not return.

  As per usual I had a terrible experience at one of these places!! No plates, condiments or napkins on the table!!! Nothing to wipe the wing sauce from my hands and face!!! Inattentive server!! Waited almost 25 minutes for the bill !! And I take back the one star!!! What a joke!! Thanks again!!!

  Service was a bit slow ( I overheard our server saying to another table they were short-staffed that night.) but she was very pleasant.

  Service was shockingly horrible for a Kelseys restaurant. Took them forever to seat us on a Thursday night that wasn't busy, waitress was rude and not professional, drinks and food took forever to come, and one of the servers shoved their nose in the wings to smell the flavour - it was so weird. Definitely won't be coming back.

  Me and my wife went here to eat today and had the best experience if I could give 10 stars I would from the food to the waitress everything is better then expected. We will be back with family and friends. Highly recommended

  My curry noodle bowl was also very tasty and my husband's steak was cooked perfectly. (He ordered blue.)
