  I went here to buy a laptop. I don't have a clue when it comes to computers. The gentleman that was helping me (wish I could remember his name) was super helpful and very patient with me. He made sure to explain things in a way I would understand and didn't trying to sell me something I didn't need. He helped me find the perfect laptop and at price I was comfortable paying. Been using it for about 2 weeks now an have no complaints! There was also a you be lady there that was helping me at check out. I ended up getting extended warranty, bitfinder and a few other things for a great deal once it was all packaged and put over a payment plan. 100% recommend going here, especially for a laptop.

  A great place to shop and save when purchasing electronic goods. They have expanded their in store home appliance section offerings and have an online order pickup station to hopefully speed up pickups (rather than waiting in the customer service line which can be painfully slow some days). Price matching and post purchase price matching at Best Buy is the gold star standard for which all other retailers should be held to.

  The only minor issue I had was that it took quite a while to find someone when I needed a case unlocked for something. It wasn't busy either. Once I had someones attention it all went smoothly.

  This is my usual Best Buy location for reserving online and picking up at the store at the end of the day; even when this place is busy I'm in and out quickly. Store has recently been re-organized and now has a large home-automation section. Prices are usually as good as other stores an online, and they will price match other stores; I've done this regularly with everything from ink cartridges to headphones without issues.

  Really nice layout. I enjoyed the experience of shopping here and both the signage and organization of the store made it easy to locate what I was looking for.

  -A visually pleasing experience, far less disorienting than previous crowded displays with industrial appeal. More about making it worth going to the store vs shopping online.

  -Selection appears to have gone down, focusing only on top brands and simplifying choice. (Not always bad, online best buy offers all the choice, stores focus more on having a decent qty of the most popular sellers instead.)
