  Went to this place to buy gift for a friend in cosmetics / fragrance dept and the lady that came to help us out was outstanding. She was really helpful and in the sea of people working there and doing whatever else but customer service she jumped in and was truly helpful and super approachable. At the end when we were leaving my wife says, we were served by a manager and on her tag said Andrea. Thank you ! Wish more people were like you.

  My spouse and I had the pleasure of Mr. John House selling us a dishwasher. I believe it was Boxing Day or shortly thereafter. We went first thing in the morning trying to beat the crowd. We pretty much knew what machine we were after and waited patiently while John helped another customer who seemed a little on the rude side. John maintained his composure and professionalism despite having to juggle multiple customers including a somewhat aggressive one by himself in the department. I found him very knowledgeable and an overall pleasure to deal with.

  Came in here looking to exchange a mattress that we purchased. However, Linda in the mattress department refuses to help us. She keeps insisting that she needs to help another customer, even when the other customer said they didn't need help. The other customer literally said "oh, you can help them first." It's currently 11am right now, Linda says that another associate is coming in at 1pm and that we should wait for the other associate. Sad. And you wonder why people like Amazon.

  Love that store. Wonderful to shop. Right now it's friends and family. I feel Hudson's Bay is very competitive in the marketplace.

  For me, its always a pain to find makeup that I think looks natural and suits me. HOWEVER, I had the nicest, most qualified cosmetics technician help me. Honestly, she was probably the best I've met in several years, maybe ten years. Kelsey, who works at the Clinique counter usually, was able to help me at the Lancombe counter and wow, does she know her stuff! Also, I noticed an overall good vibe in the makeup department, with the technicians being very friendly with each other and helping one another out if they were extra busy. Overall, a really nice experience and a nice day out shopping. Keep up the good work ladies! You don't know how much its appreciated :)
