  Perhaps the shop should have a better customer service and look into vehicles to make sure all stains are presented to workers before they begin cleaning. These coffee stains we had were so visible and evident so not sure how it was missed twice.

  Wanted my car detailed before putting it up for private sale. Had major stains along dashboard and seats. My called ahead to ask which service would help and they said it would take 3hrs. So I had my husband go in with the car and when he drove there he found customer service was terrible. Had had asked for the three hour service but the workers said “no not necessary we can do express for cheaper in 5 minutes.” So of course my husband had the express done and when he got home I noticed the stains I had wanted removed were still there. So I called them back and explained the situation. They said they have a three hour service that can remove stubborn stains but made it sound like the three hour service was not necessary. I emphasized I wanted the car completely cleaned and wanted to only pay the difference since we had already paid for he express surface which did nothing. So my husband returned and when he returned home again noticed the coffee stain on the dash was still there. Rather than going back and wasting my time and energy I mother made her own baking soda and vinegar mixture to remove the coffee stain which took 5 minutes.

  Speedy service, very reasonable prices. If you want a serious detailing, better to book ahead and give them half a day to complete it!

  Great car wash they do a great job for the price. The owner is super nice. The staff does not talk much but give them a smile and thank you. They are not trying to be rude

  I really DO NOT appreciate it when some businesses take advantage of their customers!!!!! Makes me wonder how many other customers were made fool's of or am I the only one?!?!

  Checked website before I went over there and was thrilled that they were open until 6pm on Monday (Thanksgiving weekend). However when I arrived they were CLOSED!!! Double checked website again and low and behold suddenly there was a new line added, in orange to boot! Something about how Thanksgiving could affect these hours! Are you kidding me!!! That's absolutely disgraceful!!! DON'T say your open when clearly you are NOT!

  Great experience. Best wash I have had on my Mercedes GL320. Price is Wright too!
