  Andrew and Paul were both very professional and great to deal with and made this unfortunate process stress free. I came here to exchange a smaller vehicle for something more appropriate for my upcoming trip. Paul made a suggestion and Andrew went the extra step to make it happen. Cant thank them both enough.   So worried about serving people in order, which wouldn't be a problem generally, however, even when customers allow people to pass them in line they tried to insist that people be served in sequence. HAHA

  Great service, specially Andrew from Victoria Street office. And all other staff was great. Vehicles were very good and I recommend this place to anyone looks to rent a car in Kitchener.

  First class experience from start to finish. Rishi, Andrew and Hannah made me feel like a celebrity from the moment I walked in the door. Upon returning the Micros, which I would definitely request again, Andrew went beyond the call of duty and helped me through a tough situation which blew me away.
