  Coming from a country that only has book sales in a section in the pharmacy, I was blown away by the selection in this location. I came here twice in one day and between the 3 members of my family we bought almost 20 books, and spent around $160.

  I don't really go to book stores or read books for that matter. I was in the neighbourhood and looking to kill a little time. I decided to buy some games. They were difficult to find, the selection was underwhelming, and the prices seemed extravagant. That said, the grandeur of the store was impressive.

  In my experience so far, they have great promos, on my first teip I was given $10 gift vouchers having spent over $50 (I think), as well as purchasing an item for half price due to a volume purchase. I received discount cards when I came back the next time and got 5% off of my total. I am on the email blast and receive promos when they have them.

  Chapters is amazing. It's a little difficult to find some sections, but there's usually someone around you can ask. Checkout is very efficient and you don't normally have to wait for too long, which is nice as well.

  Well maintained for a big box store, but deviates a little to much from books for my tastes. I come to a book store for novels, not throw cushions.

  great selection. amazing enviroment. there is a starbucks to lounge in. some staff are a little moody though.
