    One of the tellers at this branch is very incompetent. I wanted to make sure I had enough in my account to cover a couple pre-authorized payments that were coming out and I specifically asked her if there was enough in the account to cover the payments. I was prepared to make a deposit if need be. Anyway, after doing some figuring out and talking with another employee she told me the amount that was in my account was $140 some odd and that there was enough to cover the two payments I needed to have paid. I signed into my account a couple days later on my phone and my balance was $125 and change, well that was not enough to cover my two payments and there had been no account activity since I spoke to this employee so it's not like I spent any money or had some other type debit come out. Needless to say I was quite upset and will be most likely closing my chequing account with BMO as this employee's incompentency was absolutely unacceptable.
